/public_html root directory have htacces and ht access backup files with same size

deleted htacees file checked and deleted two files checked but not my problem solved

what is your url subdomain on 000webhost? consider to check if this case cause from host uptime or any other issue before consider check on smf code. Is there any log issued on host or in smf admin control?
In case of mod added recently cause, if you understand how a mod work, just read in mod package you will know how to remove it from your forum. Otherwise, try to install other one on other host, then see in detail (manual) which files and which lines affected then remove it back to the original on current host of 000webhost.

Reading this seems that for some time it works and then it stops, do you have by chance any limit (on the number of queries, on the bandwidth, etc.) that cuts down the forum after a while?
Are you sure the mod is properly installed?
Oh, that could help: what are you inserting into the mod box?
Maybe you are introducing something wrong or the mod is not correctly installed.
Can you attach your Load.php and your Subs.php with the mod installed?
