For me it now works for Chrome, Safari & IE (32/64 bit) but not for Opera or Firefox.

Zooming out allows it to display but it still does not display properly using Opera or Firefox at 0 (default) zoom/magnification.

Works fine for me in Firefox. Don't use opera. Make sure you do a hard refresh to see if your browser has cached the stylesheet as mentioned previously.
