Paid Subscription Bug *New problem

I had a problem before this that i was able to fix on my own but my celebration was short lived. when ever i try to save or edit or delete anything that has to do with my paid subscriptions i get redirected to my home page? ex: i tryed to edit the name of the subscription i have on there and when i click save at the bottom it just send me to the home page and nothing has changed.

I have yet to get the paid subscription feature to work and it has become increasingly frustrating. anybody have a idea of what may be causing this?

What mods do you have installed?
Paid subscriptions has some bugs, but usually set up a paid subscription is absolutely possible, so it is probably related to some mod that you have on your forum. ;)

Im using a custom theme but ill try the core theme aswell.
