If i go to www.wireptiles.com/forums/ I am getting the error so I am confused as to what you mean set for www

that url works just fine here. the www version is how all your urls seem to be set for in your settings. the other version will not work as your urls are www.

In current theme it is currently
http://www.wireptiles.com/forums/Themes/default
should it be and will it fix my problem if i change it to
http://wireptiles.com/forums/Themes/default

no it should not be, all your urls point to the url with www in it so the themes should be as well.
