Just email the board admin, he may even let you have his/her template

I had one guy steal one of my templates before. I was visiting sites in my refer and came across it. I had him shut down. Now if he would of asked me nicely I probably would of gave him permission if he gave me credit for the design work. I would even probably sent him an zip up version.  ;)
