Hi, everyone, I am currently looking into starting and integrating a smf forum and bridge it to my wordpress blog. If I install smf in a subdomain like www mysite com/forum will google analytics, which is set for my blog, track the visits to the forum too or is it completely separate? The idea is to try and boost the traffic to my blog by adding forum to it. Thanks

I am fairly certain that, unless you install analytics into the forum, it won't track forum access of navigation, regardless of WP integration.

If i don't get it wrong you want to track with single GA code with all sub-domains / folders like;

http://www.mysite.tld
http://gallery.mysite.tld
http://www.mysite.tld/forum

to do this Login GA go Admin > (Select Site) > Tracking Code > (One domain with multiple subdomains)

You still have to add code to all sites proper section.
