strange characters in my forum

I made upgrade to 2.0

my topics looked ok
my forum titles also

but menu and dates
and other forum links look very strange

I used Arabic language

Everything that I can see as a guest looks fine to me, even in the "default" theme. Have you fixed this issue already? If not, please provide a screenshot to help us understand exactly what the problem is.

yes I tackled the problem by converted to utf-8
