You know, a search would have found you http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=261880.0 which explains how to do it.

There *is* a menu editor mod but it doesn't play nicely with other mods sometimes.

Menu Editor Lite plays fine with other modifications, it just doesn't port over any custom buttons so you have to add all of them yourself. And they can't have custom (non-SMF) permissions.

Sorry, you guys were right. I should have researched a little more. Right after making this thread, I found a mod that works perfectly. I think it's called Menu Editor Lite or something like that.
