Im trying to change

I tryed to go into the themes > Images > found start.gif and tried to change it to the new pic i wanted but it didn't work
can anyone hlep me change the newcomer picture?

Think you mean "star.gif" (not start.gif)

Has your new file got the same name and is it a .gif ?

If this isnt solved then you will have to go to your FTP

GO to your theme you want it to be installed in (in each theme you will have ot install it)

then go to

theme name>images>upload it there
and make sure its named as the thing you upload

so if your file name is newcomer.png
Make sure it says newcomer.png in the member group place

rename the orginial start.gif to start1.gif

then upload your newcomer gif to the same folder.

after that rename that gif to start.gif
