Server move and upgrade

Due to hosting prices i had to move the forum to a new hosting company, I did all the normal Backup/Restore.

Everything looks like its come back but i am having a few problems.

1) the text of messages is missing in the post / I have checked the DB  and in SMF_Messages the Body test is fine.

2) i get black pages / If i log in and click on "Users On Line" all i get back is a blank page.

3) I have Aeva Media installed and after the move i see to also get a blank page when trying to use it.

I am not a technical person but any advice and help would be welcomed please. ( I have tryed a Full package load but still does not fix the problem)

Interesting. Before I got to the point where I received "guests are only allowed 5 page views per day" I noticed (from viewing the page sources) that the HTML was incomplete, ie the code simply finished with lots of unfinished tags including </html>.

You sure all your source files, templates etc got transferred over correctly, and completely? Can you ftp to your forum files and check?

They all seem fine, But because i did a fresh install i copied over them, I do have a backup should i just try and restore the last backup ?
