I was wondering: are there templates out there which enable you to upload more than one logo, which is then cycled?

You can create your own theme with this possibility.

very simple to achieve using custom coding, just add links in settings.template.php and adjust index.template.php

If OP is willing to learn a little bit I don't mind helping, but some people are just looking for existing/premade solutions. I'm just saying there's not too much work involved.
