sounds more like a personal vendetta if he has all your personal details includingmore than you had on your site ... my question is what version of smf were you using?  also looking at your hosts site I would say it could be there site as well they are oversellers. 

But def message is clear take security seriously!

Of course take security seriously! Looks like spam to me though... why don't the admin black out the site and Host he mentions or does he get the benefit of doubt because it has people talking and thinking about security?
