how can i insert html tag in post

You might want to just use the regular bbcode for tables, [table][tr][td][/td][/tr][/table]

If you really need to use html, you should be able to put the html inside [html][/html] tags - but you might need to enable that in your admin panel.

For security reasons ony admins can use the [html][/html] bbc tag
