That looks like you have a file which has lost it's opening php tags.

The first line, of every PHP file, should be:

<?php

Just that and nothing else.

The very last line, should be:

?>

Again, just that and nothing else.

If you just installed a mod, check that the files that got edited still have those tags.

I'm guessing that you are using 2.0.2?
It's caused by host... cba.pl adds ads inside forum, and it breaks some things. Unless they finally fixed it...

If this didn't happen after installing mod you have 3 choices:
 - disable emoticons in theme settings
 - if this is SMF 2.0.x try to apply this fix: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=477556.msg3342262#msg3342262
 - or change host

i delete all more emoticons but this bug stay

I didn't say delete emoticons - disable it :)

If you want I can make changes in file but you have to send me your file (here, in attachment)
