We cancelled our account because of AT&T's constant billing errors. They are now threatening to sue me due to non-payment.  :D

It happens with all the major carriers unfortunately... I've argued with Verizon and even Sprint over the years about similar charges.

It's really unfortunate that the phone and cable company's can charge so much for so little. I mean, it probably took then a total of $12 in resources for one months worth of my services and then another $12 to over bill me by more than $200

 ???
