This is another paid job I could hire someone to do.

*Profiles will have status messages that can be updated. Status messages are topics that can be commented on. New status, new topic created. Status text itself would appear above or below avatar on both main and mini p r o fi le s.  Clicking it would take you to that comment stream. It could be cool to have it pop out or expand into a cool looking comments page, including a reply button for anyone to click to respond to the status message. Those replies would get added to the topic as replies too.

There could be a board designated to receive all the profile comment threads. Members could simply be given permission to delete replies to their comments there.

Profile statuses would show up in both the main profile and the mini-profile, under the name as a status. The link to reply to it would also be in the mini profile, in a small neat way.

Paying $100-200 for this, pay and features are negotiable. Scotty actually already did a job for me similar to this in function, so it is doable.

thank you! but would they be actual posts somewhere? We can't moderate them effectively otherwise and we have problems with people spamming multiple profiles. With over 4000 active members on a day, we wouldn't be able to keep things clean unless they were also posts.

Well I know you can delete the updates if they were against the rules. As for some sort of log I am not to sure. Maybe as the author of the mod?

We'd need to be able to look them up by account they were posted for and delete them through there. Scotty programmed something similar like this for us and he likely can again, only for a different use {statuses}. That's why we want them to register as posts.
