Not.

You dont have any reference information about a guest. No member_id, no mail-address, no nickname, nothing.
Nothing to connect as sender or receiver.
So it is impossible to use the PM system.

If you need your guest(s) to be able to get in touch, implement a "contact form" mod.

I did this and it works perfectly. A "Contact Us" button lets them leave name, email and query; the resulting form gets emailed to Admin and creates a "Contact" post in a Moderator Zone board.

If the guest use the contact form, their email will be received by the admin in the forum or in webmaster email add?
