UBBt 6.3.2 to SMF

I need to convert a large community over to SMF, otherwise i will be hanged and they will demand the return of ubb.

I have downloaded the converter and tried to go via PHPBB2 but their converter doesnt work.
Please, please provide a converter for this.

Please, the old forums is going down in a few hours and if i cant get the data into smf, they will putting ubbt back on the new site.

I'm afraid I can't write up a working converte, have it tested, and get it to your in a few hours.  Especially when I don't even HAVE a copy of ubb.threads to write it with.
