Phantom, that's exactly the same, but with two /'s and *'s. Does that like make the code non functional as long as those are there? I know absolutely nothing about code and just want to confirm that this'll fix it. Sorry I'm just so paranoid of breaking my website again.

Yes, yes it does. The /* and */ indicates that the content in PHP should be ignored.
