Database backup help!!

Hi there. I'm sorry if I'm posting this topic on a wrong place. Yesterday one of the administrator's erased my forum all topic's so basically we are on zero now. Main question is, yesterday I made backup that i had since 16.05.2012. and after that everything came back except accounts that he erased. So how can i retrieve my accounts and all post's and topic's and does the backup saves accounts and topics in admin panel? So if you can give me something like tutorial or explain it with word's i don't care how just help me, thank's !!

If the accounts, or anything else, were created after the last backup was made then they are lost forever.

Nope, forum exist's for 6 monts, and only few of accounts are lost not all of them.

The backup you restored was originally created on May 16th. Any accounts, topics or posts that were created after May 16th are lost forever.

If you have missing content that was created before May 16th then there is some problem with the backup or the restore.

I understand that, but these accounts were created BEFORE May 16th. and I don't get it how i can't backup these few accounts. Everything is in my backup files, all topics and account's except these few account's and all of the account post's...
