I have read all the reply, and I came up with the same problem, random blank Image appears. Too bad you guys haven't solve the problem. Everything I have done is just a waste of time. :-[

Curious about this code...
We have installed the Ad Management mod and have a few banners listed down one side of our page. We want them to automatically rotate when the page is refreshed or the user navigates to other section of the forum.
The code in this thread seems to be what we are looking for. Am I correct?

The Ad Mod rotates the banners on my site just fine with no additional code. Just assign multiple banners to the same location and they rotate on refresh/reload.
