[HELP] ive got High server processes and forum feels heavy.

Then you are probably on their shared hosting plan. You will have to contact them as this does not seem to be caused by SMF or Wordpress.

On a sidenote, their plans are super ridiculous and are impossible to offer. It's basically a scam.
You should look at a real paid host, not bs like this. This is probably also one of the reasons why you are running in to problems...

So, contact them and ask them to fix whatever's wrong with their servers or to kill off the client causing excessive resources; and it doesn't seem to be you judging by the rather low activity on your site ;)

well bigrock  is all we could afford so will end up sticking with them for a while..
