Email address not being accepted

For some strange reason my email address is not being accepted as valid when I am trying to change my email address... any thoughts

do you get an error message and what does it say? is there another account with the same email address?

Never mind... turned out that I made a test account with the email I was trying to use and did not realize it :).... a better error message when trying to update the email address would be a nice idea... instead of just saying invalid.
