Aap --> sources --> managesettings.php ki file ko pc mai save karde
aur new smf ke software se yeh file utha ke yahaa daal dey purraani file delete karke...
is se problem solved hojaai gi..
aur jin mods ne is file ko affect kya tha wo uninstall karke install karde

agar aap ne is file ko pehley edit nhn kya tha tou nhn paregaa aur waisey bhi aap backup karlo us file ka ok...
agar problem hoti hai tou wo backup replace kardena
