Hello guys I'm Matt owner of Runeserver.info.

I need to know how to install pictures to my website then put them as pictures for membergroups to appear under there name when they post.

Could you guys help me with a small step-by-step tutorial of how to do so?

Are you wanting to install badges for your membergroups?  There are a number of mods on the Mod Site and lots of graphic files available here as well.
