Permissions (Again)

I am still trying to understand exactly how permissions work.

I would like to have various member groups to control access to private boards.  Let's say that I have private boards A and B with corresponding member groups a and b.  If I make the user User a primary member of a, then he can see A.  If I include him in b as an additional group, he does not gain access to B.  Further, if I leave the primary group blank and set a and b as additional groups (this is preferable because then the group names won't show up in the list on the left of every post), then User cannot access either A or B.

Is the above readable?  Is there a solution?

an user who is in the membergroup a and b (not important if this are primary or secundary membergroups) can gain access to all boards which are open for group a and b!

Yes.. it would appear that I was pulling from cache while testing.  Forget my message entirely.  You could delete it if you like.
