Hey again guys, quick question here.

I have been looking at the themes from custom.smf.com.  There are a whole bunch made by users (I'm assuming) that have submitted them.

My website is to do with a business and I was just wondering if there were any rules pertaining to usage of these themes.  By being on the smf website, are they completely free to use?

yes, you can use them freely on both free and commercial sites. as long as you don't remove the copyright

Arantor:
The terms of those themes will be listed on the page where you can download the theme from, but usually it's just about not removing the copyright.

Some themes actually do not permit commercial use.
