Contact the team lead for whichever team the staff member belongs to...   or if it is about a team lead, contact the project manager for SMF (oldiesmann)

Kindred, it's probably you he's going to complain about. Maybe it'll be me. Maybe it'll be Yoshi for making a vague comment about splitting the thread as though it's going to brush things under the carpet... or maybe it's yet more bluster. I don't know, would love to find out.

I think advice needs to be taken and chill. I haven't seen one word anybody has said to you to offend you. If it is differences of opinion then get used to it, this is a forum and people always have different opinions.

Just let it go, I have, I can let things go that is why I quit replying and I took the advice even though it was not directed to me. Sometimes you just have to suck it up and move on. It is life and everyone isn't going to have the same views as you do.

I hate to sound harsh, no disrespect to you just this is getting escalated beyond what it is.
