Which gallery mod is best?

Hi all

I tried searching but couldn't find any comparison for the gallery mods available. There are a few options and it's hard to compare without using them in production.

My requirements are:-
 - Hosting files
 - Multiple categories and if possible category-sub-category structure.
 - Ability to attach an image screenshot/thumbnail
 - Ability to add custom fields if possible
 - Good frontend and easy to use for users

I tried SMF downloads directory (paid version) too but even though it's quite good, not working for us. Kindly provide some feedback on the gallery mod you are using. If possible please compare the current gallery mods if you can.
