As many in this area my technical knowledge is limited so go easy on me
I created a domain/server through lunarpages and uploaded SMF yesterday. Everything works great except that the site seems to time out the majority of the time. The odd thing is that I have installed tapatalk and when I use the app I (and the rest of users) do not have this issue. Two main symptoms when navigating through a browser:
1) Page will load blank and keep loading for 10-30 seconds then finally come up.
2) Page will load blank and eventually fail.
I've tried contacting lunarpages but so far they have been not much help...to say the least! They seem to think it's something to do with the forum traffic, which could hardly be the case as it's used as a private forum between 10 friends.
