How to disable members from collapsing board categories?

Members keep on collapsing them and getting stuck. They just don't know how to operate it. How do I disable this, if possible?

Modify the category that contains the boards and uncheck:
Collapsible
Allow users to collapse this category

Is it possible to disable collapse on the "NEWS" section.

I'd like the news to always be visible

I'd really like to keep the News there all the time in the News Fader
