Go to Admin -> Membergroups -> {Group} Modify -> Group Name

Add that as the Membergroup name INSTEAD of entering text.
Remember to replace the URL provided with the actual URL of the image you are using.

yea do the step above mer after you do the following

You \know how i uploaded ur ranks to public html
just move them to the ranks folder in public html
and then done
and then follow the instructions above me

Sorry for double posting but this is important
i didnt read the topic above me
Do not do that
that can give you problems
after you upload it to the ranks folder
go to ur membergroup on forum
and In name, Name it the name you want like Owner
and where it says ranks
add ur file name there
and i think you want the crown beside the name dont you?
If yes please reply underneath and will help u

P.S you can try to do what Alb0 told you
But if it is more then 80 characters bye bye goes your member group and by that i mean you cant edit it at all
But if you think you can manage to work stuff out you may do that. I wont.
