Encounter the problem when upgrades

The upgrader found some old or outdated files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package.

It means what it says. You have outdated files. When you upload *upgrade* package, you have to overwrite *all* files. Are you using some other language than english? Update those files too.
