Changing settings in adminmode

First of all thanks for this peace of forumsoftware. I'm impressed!

Some serversettings first:
Windows Server 2003
PHP: 4.3.6RC3
MySQL: 4.1.1-alpha-nt
Domain: http://damysterious.xs4all.nl [nofollow]

I installed the latest SMF 1.0 Beta 4.1 Public under /smf and run in following error when I try to safe some changes under Edit Profile -> Personal Settings. I pressed the button 'Change Profile' and this error comes up

and my mySQL went down. I had to restart the sql-server to access the different databases on my server.

The same happens when I'm in Forum Cofiguration -> Edit Features and Options and like to access the additional dropdown options.

This is probbaly caused by MySQL 4.1x being used, there have been a few problems report when people have attempted to run it on MySQL 4.1x.

Thanks for the hint! After installing MySQL: 4.0.18-nt everything went wel here  8).
