Yours is dead easy. Just go to your profile>Messages and "Prune".

If you want to do this, with all members, I suspect you'll have to do weird things with phpmyadmin.

I have no idea, to be honest.

You could always backup the database and try it. ;)

If something goes haywire, you can simply restore the backup.

Make sure you backup from CPanel, though, not from within SMF.
