Smf Help?

Hey there i wasn't sure were to post this, so please don't ban me :), also I have made a 000webhost sub domain, and I have installed SMF, but when i try to show it to other friends, all they get is a white page when trying to load into the forum? May I ask, have I installed SMF incorrectly or is it something to do with 000webhost, if so i don't know where else to get a sub domain for my forum, I've tried byethost, but the respond time is to slow. Please help.

I have absolutely no idea, assuming you are looking for a free hosting. :( There are some good paid ones around though
