Editing the header of Curve theme

(1/2) > >>

Dylert:
Hi! I have some questions about the Curve theme. I have searched for answers, but have only found some of them.

So far I have:
-Moved the user info to the right side
-Moved the logo to the left side
-Removed the searchbox

I have quite a big logo and therefore my header will be too big (with a lot of blank space), because the logo and the user info are not on the same line. How can i put the logo down, or the user iinfo up, so they will be next to each other (on the same line)?

Please see the attached image.

And finally: How do I change the background color of the header?

I hope that someone can help me with this, because I want to use the curve theme.  :)

K@:
The colour stuff is set in the file "index.css", which is inside the theme's "css" directory.

The file's well commented-out. So, you should be able to find the part you want, fairly easily.

Be aware that the colours are in Hex format.

Thanks a lot for the help! :) I managed to change the background color. :)

How to get the logo and the user info side by side is another story. After searching the SMF site and Google 5-6 hours I haven't got the answer yet. :( Is it the index.template.php I have to edit?

Orangine:
that or/and index.css, could you provide a link?

Dylert:
The link to my site is http://www.hellasforum.net I will pm you login info so you can see the curve theme in action.
