Please help me: PHP processes cause slow site!

My site hoidulich.com (view status here: hoidulich.com/status.php) hosting in solarvps but some days it's very slow. My hosting provider said: "Unfortunately, the problem still remains to be caused by the PHP processes". Please help me this problem.

Thank for your support, I don't modify any thing. Before it's working ok but 4 days ago it's very slow and sometime not connected.

Is the site relying on external content anywhere. To me it still looks to be hanging since the status script loads up in a decent amount of time and the web site takes over a minute. Also if you look at the queries in the status script they are being executed in a decent amount of time.
