[1.x, 2.0?] possible to ban with no triggers

I'm a moderator on a 1.1.14 board. Other moderators are banning spammers, but apparently neglecting to select any triggers. Therefore, the spammer just keeps spamming. It's time-consuming to update their ban to add triggers.

I propose that SMF refuse to accept a new ban unless at least one trigger has been selected. I don't know if 2.0 has been fixed yet, but 1.1 definitely has this problem.

If you want to move this to Feature Requests, I won't yell too loudly. While I'm thinking about it, a one button (with confirmation) "Nuke this user" would be nice -- ban them on all triggers and erase all their posts.

Won't be fixed in 1.1.x. If it's a bug in 2.0, I doubt it'll be fixed there either and if it is a bug it won't be nailed until 2.1.

(After all, it's not a security matter.)

Well, in 2.0 (and at the moment in 2.1) when you go to profile > actions > ban user two triggers are already selected (email and username), while in 1.1 all are deselected.
