In any case, there are physical limits in what you can and can't do in WAP2, and I believe you can't run certain things in WAP2 like some JavaScript (which is what's required for FB Like)

I am not sure what version you are using but I am using 2.0.2 and it came with a built in WAP2 page. Just use the default and not mess with it and then move forward with the other mobile solution for the masses.
