Yes, I believe you can.

Give Credit where Credit is due .... If it wasn't for these gifted people ( alot more has been involved with SMF and is not listed, but that is another story ) then you would not have this free program. I personally would not delete the credit section, many members have vowed on not supporting someone whom has deleted "Credits".

Maybe he wants to hide the below mod,  ;D jk

Giving credits to software makers right inside the forum is a bit weird I suppose. IMHO, it should link to SM.org credits page instead.

Actually, the credits for any given version have been inside SMF for years.

Part of the reason for it is to make sure that the relevant people are credited - I had absolutely nothing to do with SMF 1's development but I'm credited in 2.0's credits for contributions during 2.0's lifecycle.


Why, though, do you want to remove it?
