dreamweaver to SMF

Is there any way to convert a website from dreamweaver to SMF? Current website is http://bcaps.bc.ca/ [nofollow]

SMF is forum software, not a tool for creating websites. Therefore there is no way to "convert" a site built with Dreamweaver to SMF. You will need to install a portal or other CMS in order to have a website alongside your SMF forum.
