[Implemented] Define: start of the week for calendar

Let the user define, when the weeks start unter "Personal Profile"

This is important for the calendar.

Currently the week starts on Sunday, because Sunday is first one in the calendar. But in Germany the start of a week is monday.

Grudge:
I'm fairly sure this is already an option in YABB SE 1.5.4

Unless you mean for individual users? I know admins can set it for the boards in SE
