Pleas help, forum result in error after uninstalling activity bar

Please help me i uninstall a mod call activity bar and after clicking  the uninstall button, my forum result in error and display the following error.

Fatal error : Call to undefined function activity_bar_css() in /home/jageekco/public_html/Sources/Load.php on line 1621

i still get this error when viewing post o Fatal error: Call to undefined function activity_bar() in /home/jageekco/public_html/Sources/Display.php on line 1213 file attached bellow.
