Well.... that  is different.  The issue at stake here is people sending PMs f FREE support NOW, like it's an entitlement.

Actually, one of the ideas about Open Source software, is the idea that people can help each other out without involving money.

But if you want free support and help, you'll have to be patient and wait for someone to offer their spare time.
