odd version listing

my SMF versions:   
package    installed=1.1.11 current=1.1.16
sources     installed=1.1.11 current=1.1.9   << how can this be correct?   Does it indicate something
templates installed=1.1      current=1.1.8          really basic screwed up?

Click on where it says Sources, see which file/files it says is out of date.
