admin not authorized

As ADMIN on 1.1.11 editing an article I occassionally get a diagnostic window saying I am not authorized to edit the article with the login fields again.  The login doesn't fix the problem.  Has anyone seen this?   Is this old version.   I am new to this and don't want to trash the rest of the site trying to fix this issue.  Thanks

This sounds like a mod? Editing an article. What mods do you have installed? You should be upgraded to 1.1.16 at least.

74 modules have been installed.   The modules list from ls -l is attached.     I have been running the site maintenance with includes the table optimization.    thanks for the help.

If these articles are with a portal, as one suspects, you'll need to ask in the portal's support topic, T3khed12.
