safe to empty log_boards, and log_topics?

Its possible empty the smf_log_boards, and smf_log_topics?

for example, log_boards its 30mb in phpmyadmin,

Is safe to empty these tables?

You can remove logs from
Admin --> Maintenance --> Logs --> Remove all ,  there are various kinds of logs there, it is safe to remove them from there.
