Well according to the errors you have given and the CBS log you have system files that are getting corrupted.

It could be possible you have a rootkit that is hiding what is damaging your files.

To check for rootkits scan your system with TDSS killer by kaspersky which can be found here - http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208283363

I know you have said you reinstalled, but rootkits can burrow down deep into your system. It can even go so far as to going into the BIOS.

Also do you have an install disc? If so have you tried running a repair install?  A repair install simply re-installs all system files.

Do you remember when this problem started happening?

No, just a recovery partition. There is a bios update available though, should I apply that?

Nevermind, I'm just going to delete my data and return this thing. Within 4 days this thing should be in their place.

Probably the best idea.

I highly suggest when you get it back, format the HDD and use a Windows 7 OEM disk. I've noticed most problems I've ever had with Windows, we're things ASUS, HP, Acer added to Windows.

Hiren's is amazing! Memtest and MHDD are life savers when strange and stupid things start happening.

I'll first check how the ASUS version of W7 works, it has some awesome tools with it.
If that also causes issues I'm going to install fresh W7 OEM on it.

Meh I like some tools like the Sonic Focus stuff and the Vibe center.

Still haven't got a mail back from them so I can't send it in just yet.

By a recent bump by a spammer I'd like to call this solved. Got sick of Windows and just installed Elementary OS on it. Despite being in Beta it was more stable than Ubuntu and Linux Mint and all the other ones, plus it looks amazing.

That is not in ram. But I still think it's relevant.

Looks quite sexy, that'll give me something to do tomorrow. Hopefully it has multi monitor support :)

Yeah, it does, though there are a few bugs regarding it. It's still in beta though so I don't blame them :)

Do note that they tend to release updates every day so the bug may be fixed the next day. They're fairly quick too if you do report a bug on their launchpad, so a definite plus on that area :)
