i need sms alert mod for my forum by which user receive sms about there post, reply, approve or disapprove. I wil pay.

The one thing in order to get good SMS delivery you need to use a third party and buy sending credits.
Email sms sometimes works but once you get real volume starts to  fail

So step one I would look for an sms provider with an api with decent pricing then ask someone to build a mod around it.
